the fact that this nigga made this avant-garde noise album while high on speed is something else. audio terrorism at its finest sounds like something @DAVIDP would play when he’s doing his best buy trips

Y'all really a bunch of biters
Can't listen to this trash
When it's combined with melody and structured songs e.g. Sonic Youth it's goat
But pure noise is boring af

A lot of artists especially Japanese guys like Merzbow and Masonna took this s*** and ran with it for decades
Got a cult following of ppl who listen to this type of "music" religiously

I used to suspect they were just pretentious hipsters who want to seem real "hardcore"
Ngl one time I tried to listen to a noise project and focus to get what the fuss is all about and it was on a Friday noon, my whole family was home and I was blasting it through my speakers with the door open.
Needless to say they were like WTF and after that roasted me the entire lunch.

"hardcore hipsters" the irony right there
yeah, 'Music' like this is trash. the artist knows its garbage, and the listener knows its garbage but they refuse to admit it.
basically the only reason this exists is for jokes

One could make the argument that noise music are experiments in pushing sound design further , although in an uncomfortable manner that’s usually not a good listening experience which I suppose could be appealing to some people
