Yeah it was acceptable pre-LUVTW but after he took it a step up with like Ps and Qs and You Was Right and had sets and all that, you can't really go back especially when you've got the money for it.

and I don't mind street style vids, s*** some of my fav music vids are Sosa just hiring some guy to film him at his house doing bullshit.

Something like Free Uzi just getting a well edited cheaply shot vid is fine since it was a loosie anyway but his move away from putting any money into that has always been weird (I guess the last one's with like real effort were Sanguine and Thats a Rack but also those songs were throwaways before the album so it was bizarre they got the full treatment like one of his smashes).

For a song thats almost diamond now and basically defined a year for many people, the vid is ATTROCIOUS. I think Virgil is a huge overrated hack and always have. Never got the hype behind anything he does.

run and gun videos are cool and bring an authenticity about it if done right. i'd rather that than a subpar video that looks the same and has "some bad b****es." every mv has that. the 3 videos for the Future collab tape were like that and ended up pretty cliché, I don't want a superstar like Uzi to have those types of vids.

Even his vids with budgets for big songs like Futsal Shuffle are forgettable. all Uzi needs is a director that can get a little creative once in a while. I think he should link w/ Cole again for a solo song, Dolly is the last MV from Uzi that was memorable.
