Just buy cheap off of eBay or go to antique stores tbh. Swear half of these "fashion jewelry" sites just buy from eBay and then do crazy mark ups. You can decent stuff on eBay for like $10 or less.

Vivienne Westwood has some cool stuff that's a bit more expensive too.
