Ain't hyped for the card system, but I got faith in Firaxis. Long as they don't completely s*** the bed, the mods for this game should be great

Performance issues are to be expected. Xcom 2 was buggy as hell, but I still sunk 100+ hours into it on console. PC I got like 300+ with mods.

This looks decent. The combat looks good enough that I’ll still buy it on release more than likely. Most disappointing thing is the characterization of the various heroes. Seems like they went the MCU route and kept the atmosphere light hearted jokey jokes. Idk why they do that for Midnight Suns of all things.

Never doubt Fireaxis.

Honestly, I think it’s hard to show strategy games, especially ones with a lot of different systems like this one has.

It’s kinda like complex RPGs, you just have to play them yourself and get lost in it to truly appreciate them.

I’ve seen some review compare the structure of the game to Persona 5, which kinda makes sense.

Also a more elaborate FE: Three Houses.
