Think of politics like public transportation. If a route doesn't get you exactly to your destination, are you going to get as close as it will take you, or choose not to get on at all?

If the transportation is taking me a 5 hour walk from my destination, and it's a 6 hour walk from my original location, I'm going to walk.

Like any mass transit system, additions are slowww. Republicans have literally waited 50 years to repeal Roe v Wade and young people want to "give up" because s*** doesn't happen as fast as they expect it to? People who voted against the Equal Rights Act are still alive.

That recent Jerry Falwell Jr doc on Hulu does a pretty good job of showing how influential political involvement by the church and "evangelicals" has been in the last ~50 years. Time to go after that tax exempt status
Black people need to seriously create a political party that’s primary focus is to advance black issues. Might not be able to elect many representatives to the House or Senate. But as far as on the state level, I feel like there would be significantly more gains. Also gives us more leverage against Democrats and Republicans, because if the party holds 70-80% of the black vote, it would behoove them to try and seek an alliance.
You have to realize that niggas study law and political science for 4+ years just to f*** over the average American
its a crazy world we live...
