The mental strength this takes jeez
It helps that weed isn’t like heroin and s*** like that where your body develops an actual physical dependence.
Will update this post when I give it up
What you going through right now, bruh?
Energy drinks, lived on them for years. In the process of getting off kratom.
How is kratom?

does kratom work ? how often do you use it ?
Where do you think your hypersexuality stems from?
Being molested?
Nigga like me don’t watch p*** no more. I used to beat it 3 times a day
Same, stop masturbating for pleasure too
mokes/mole bowls/chops/etc (weed and tobacco snaps through a bong). used to smoke them all through out the day everyday for like 5 years. completely different feeling than smoking weed separately or a cigarette. made my lungs and chest feel like absolute s***, my cardio and endurance was piss poor, and i was coughing up gross looking s*** in the morning.
i no longer own a bong anymore and only take them on extremely rare occasions if im with a friend.
switched over to vaping and my lungs and chest feel a lot better but i still smoke a little bit of tobacco mixed with my joints and obviously tobacco from blunts but im working on cutting those out next.
Cigarettes 10 years ago
Sugar water/soda 3 years ago
Cocaine 2 years ago
Painkillers are the next to go but quarantine making it too hard to let go
Cocaine? Congrats, that seems very difficult to stop
I heard. I believe I could handle it (I’m sure I’m not the first one to ever say that lol) but I’m trying to find a safer alternative for phenibut to help deal better with my anxiety, anything you would recommend?
I'd honestly recommend kratom more than anything, but not daily. Just like 3-4 days a week, when you really need it. If you take it daily - like I did, for years - you'll build a dependence, the magic will go away, you'll get kind of numb, and even though it isn't technically an opiate, taking anything that effects your opiate receptors on a daily basis for a long period of time will raise your prolactin, which can f*** with your hormones.
That said, it's nowhere near as addictive as phenibut, and aside from (rare) interactions with hard d****/meds, it has very little potential for harm. Just avoid extracts/gas station shots (some of which also contain phenibut), and stick to the plain ground leaf.
Aside from it, some of the more "mainstream" supplements are nice: Ashwagandha, Bacopa (Synapsa Extract), Schisandra, Velvet Bean, L-Theanine (high doses), etc., but are extremely subtle.
Kava and Kanna would also probably be worth looking into, but I don't have enough experience with either to make any kind of recommendations.

You’re the best man yeah I ordered some ashwagandha the other day I can’t wait for it to come in. Not too familiar with Kratom is that something you can just get online? I heard kava does help some I think that will be the next one I try if Ash doesn’t work

Definitely, but you should really only use it a few times a week, and stick to plain ground leaf - no gas station extracts or shots.
I'm tapering off of it right now (wds are very minor tbh), but I took 3-6g 3x per day every single day since October 2017, which I definitely wouldn't recommend - aside from people with chronic pain or who are using it to get off of actual opiates. Daily use is where you'll start to see problems, but as long as you respect the plant and don't mix it with any kind of meds/hard d****, it's great.
The f***ing juul had my ass. Kicked it though. No more vaping of any kind. P*** the next to go.

As long as you're somewhere it's legal (most places, right now) you can order it online. It's super cheap. For decent leaf, you'll usually end up paying around $90 for a ki split by 4 different strains. If you're just taking 2-3g here and there, one will last you a long time.
If you don't have any luck with the ashwagandha you ordered, you might want to try another brand or extraction. Some people just seem to get better results with different ones.
Hope you find something that works for you.
