I have a bit of a situation for possible work related project. What I'm facing is, a live stream is being clipped by a random viewer very quickly and loaded on twitter to get viral views. While the youtube stream is lagging seriously behind in numbers.

What software would you suggest I use to clip with ease while it's being streamed? I need it when it's happening not afterwards. This person was so quick. Wow, what a wakeup call.
