They're boro denim which is a traditonal Japanese process where you repair clothes using older fabrics. I cant really think of any other major brands other than Kapital doing this at the moment but your best bet is probably searching for customs/smaller japanese based brands on grailed, depop, ebay, mercari japan. Just do a couple of searches of "boro denim" or "sashiko jeans" and you can find some alternatives. It's a very arduous process so it wont exactly be cheap(most of the ones I've found searching are anywhere from 75-200 ish) but it will be better than spending 400+ if thats out of your budget
