Is There Someone Else is actually probably my favorite from the album. Would love an entire album like that. Varied of course. Though I'm not as big on Starry Eyes, it's awesome too especially transitioning from the former

Starry Eyes needs the former for sure.

Also my favourite from the album at this point, but extended version of TMB is immense

Starry Eyes is definitely the outro to Is There Someone Else. They should’ve kept it as one track. Must’ve been a management decision to fluff up the track list or something

Yeah, the first half of Starry Eyes where it belongs, part of "Is There...", then the rest of it as it is, a 40 sec interlude, it can even keep the title.
