the comic has been on my bucket list for a long time should i read it before or just go straight into this
I’d def read it first tbh. Having read all of it and now seeing it be adapted so well and also stay faithful to the source material is just super rewarding. Obv comics differ than novels as far as visualization goes because you have images to go along with the dialogue/story, but there’s just something about seeing this be re-interpreted in a different media which is hella dope.
I binged it this was amazing!!!!
Keep meaning to check this out, gonna have to do that sooner than soon
I can recommend
Glad to see it getting some deserved love

Went through the first 10 issues and it's a lot to process.
oh this some comic book fan s***, gonna watch The Bear instead
You finish it?
1 more episode left. It’s alright, it definitely feels like a Netflix show at points. I think I’d like it more if I was familiar with the comics
I think it falls off after episode 6. It keeps adding new characters making it hard to to care about anyone
Also some of the acting is bad. I’ll finish the season but probably won’t pick it back up next season unless it improves a lot
This s*** dope asf it’s like short stories tied to a bigger story
Getting the Witcher vibes
Ahhh that sandman creativity, it's been so long since I read the graphic novels it's awesome catching up with these tales like the battle of minds in hell, the guy wrecking havoc with the ruby on the pub ppl using truth and honesty as a weapon, the guy who became immortal on a bet that dream meets up with every 100 years
S*** is flames

Didn't care much for the 10 graphic novels I read on the source material tbh

How/why you get through 10 of em if you weren't enjoying it?
I kinda hate that they removed John Constantine i loves his parts in the comics. Woulda been crazy if Keanu Constantine emerged lmao

Coz I like giving the story a chance before I quit, why else
It was just ten issues tho, so not really a massive time investment
