finally finished the last season. thought episode 1 was good but then 2-6 were meandering and overly complicated by trying to fit in too many characters and their stories. episodes 7-8 were great tho and I really liked the ending.

makes me think they should have either cut some parts or had one more season to give the characters and their worlds the time to develop but apparently the show runners were committed to 3 seasons. still feels like they could've helped the viewers out without dumbing it down, like they should have at least showed the years, as they did in episode 7, the whole season.

very good show tho, probably top 10 of the last five years or so. will be interesting to see what the showrunners do next

great final season, really enjoyed it. could definitely see the actors who play Jonas & Martha get roles outside of Germany as a result of this show, they’re both really great.
