How long before you go somewhere to eat do u stop eating at home? I never know whats the best tactic to not go there hungry, but also be able to eat a lot when I'm there

Depends where i'm going. Usually dont eat a few hours before so i'm actually hungry when i get there but if its something like all you can eat sushi i won't eat the whole day and get high as hell on the way so i can eat like $150 worth of sushi for $20

If I know I’m gonna go out to eat later I’ll stop eating 4-6 hours beforehand

Kinda miserable since I’m eating like every hour usually but it makes the food taste soooo much better

Usually only eat one meal each day and no snacks. I just go the whole day not eating and just drinking water til I go out to eat

If I got at lunch I won’t eat again until dinner

depends what time u normally eat meals
for me I have breakfast anytime after I wake up but before 2pm
then I can eat however much I like for dinner after 6pm
