DaBaby just is a victim of one track beat selection as opposed to picking Ross or Boom Bap Drake type beats

I honestly don't think he need to switch up the flow....he just need different production

    SWEEN

Yall can talk all that s*** Yall want.. Most of these kids new music all sound alike. The s*** falls into only a couple musical branches...

    U either sound like uzi
    Or
    U either sound like travis
    Or
U sound like a hybrid between them all with the emo shrieking auto tune.

What puzzles me is when a legit new refreshing artist like da baby comes out I see so many of Yall saying he sounds the same on everything but Yall got 20 diff fav rappers that all sound alike...

Yall can get mad but truth hurts homies...

I remember back when I was a teen in the early snap music days I knew people that only f***ed with late 90s classics at the time and said all snap music sounds the same and me as a kid was like no way s***s all diff but in hindsight I was wrong and most all does sound alike..

So I'm just wondering if u jits think the same way

I was right with you up until the DaBaby part

Well id rather listen to someone who sounds like one of my fav artists (like thug future uzi) but still brings their own flavor to it, rather than someone who sounds like nobody else but the same on almost every song of his (like DaBaby for example)

    Who he sound like

I guess his voice is unique but he’s not breaking any ground, is he? I feel like every song is kinda the same (this isn’t necessarily a bad thing imo, especially if you have some interesting quality).

Like what is he bringing to the table?

He invented his own style and just makes catchy songs and Def has shown the potential to do more
