I feel it coming vs Back to the beach similarities extend beyond the intro imo. I was just saying that the intro is so similar that I couldn't tell which song was playing on the radio until the beat kicks in. But those first two songs, you have to admit they sound pretty similar

And these are musicians in a third world country vs one of the biggest popstars in the world with backing from a major label on something that's not easy to prove. Plus the differences in Intellectual Property laws in the countries. Legal action wouldn't be worth pursuing
