Can’t say I liked any of the marine characters. They were just boring 2d characters with lame ass quips. The Ripley and Newt emotional core never worked for me

And ridley is a badass but that was defined from the first Alien.

And Alien Covenant is far better. Exceptional set design, Fassbenders characters are frankly the most interesting characters in the entire franchise, and the horror sequences are exceptional as well as make for great black comedy. And I respect it doesnt try too hard to force it’s emotional core or put in a bunch of unnecessary quips like Aliens did

Just rewatched through the Predator collection.

2 is so f***ing s*** lol.

I still think I like Predators the most, it's aesthetic was cool af and I think it had some of the best characters.

The Predator wasn't nearly as bad as I remember. It's fun and enjoyable. The kills from The Predators are cool. Some of the characters were annoying. I think people expect it all to be super serious and with Shane Black being the director of course it will have a decent amount of humor. Some if it I kind of rolled my eyes but some of it actually got a laugh or two out of me.

Heres hoping 10 Cloverfield Lane wasnt a fluke

this director definitely knows how to build tension throughout a movie, a new Predator movie with an actually ominous tone would go crazy

those games were great, would rather get another one of those rather than a full length movie

10 clover field lane is hard but idk I expected the last predator to be hard as well since Shane Black is a good director too.
