They're not changing anything. The fact they haven't just paused the live shows and Mania says enough. They're doing their biggest show of the year with no audience and thereforce no spectacle.

They could've told talent to go home and spent some time re-planning Mania and showing some of their other content instead e.g. do some cool s*** like show the old school shows from the first time they got on TV till now, show specific eras e.g. Flair/Hogan/Steamboat etc, while doing that do replays of WCW/ECW/Territory s***. There's a lot of current and former fans that probably would've been tuned in to that s*** no question.
