I've been receiving a s*** ton of random ass mail asking "Hey, are you
*" & things of that nature.

Never in my life have I gotten any of these emails until recently.

Do y'all every get these? How come it's not popping up as spam?

Ignore them

you can report them as spam if u really want or just ignore them

Don’t get them on my main email but one of my throwaways gets spammed with them

Thats when the s*** started for me.

Probably some new scam strategy, but pretty annoying.
