Real talk, i’m sure more people would drink more water if it wasn’t inconvenient asf, honestly can’t even sleep if i drink before going to bed. I just keep getting up to piss for like an hour before the tank empties and i can finally go to sleep. Guess some peoples ovaries just not built for that
That’s too much water for most people, you’re just going to piss half of it out.
A better goal is ~half your weight in ounces.
OP I been doing this s*** for a year and a half and it’s great my skin is clear af. Body is great too

i don't measure it so idk if it's a gallon but i drink at least 2x/3x more than i used to -- pretty much the only thing i drink now other than a cup of tea every other day or so
feels great tbh, and btw for ppl worrying bout waking up to pee at night u can stop drinking it a few hours before bed n you'll pee enough excess out so that it doesn't wake u up
if you're drinkin a bunch you'll be hydrated enough anyway such that you won't be thirsty during those last 3-4 hours of the day

idk man I consistently did 2.2L of water everyday from January to March and beside having to piss every 2 hours I didn't see/feel any different but whatever drinking water in general is good
