after playing a lot of this it's a bit boring

i can really see why people moved on to Battle Royale type shooters

just copped, my boy been playing and he said it’s dope so i’ll have to see it for myself

this is probably the best developed online free game so far at least in the third person shooter genre

i think its great that it lacks bugs during early access and compared to Paladins and Smite this game feels much more "real"

as far as performance goes i LOVE how well it runs on Switch, Xbox One and PC and it being crossplay at launch is a huge bonus for friends looking to play together during covid lockdowns

the graphics and artstyle are amazing for a free arena shooter where they look much better than Fortnite but still not as realistic as Warzone, the maps are very well designed with beautiful lighting and color variance

the controls are 99% there with a few kinks like melee related actions, however the changing of shoulder position is what makes this game shine as a third person shooter, adding so much strategy to combat

give this game 6 months and the right amount of creative marketing + a nice advertising budget and it'll be the standard 3rd person shooter version of CS:GO or the non battle royale, non building version of Fortnite

in conclusion, it currently just lacks that final franchise touch that AAA games have, you can play 20 rounds and have a blast but there's nothing too defining about Rogue Company to help it shine as a franchise brand and that might be from playing it too safe with all of the generic mechanics and typical character designs

Obviously the game is in beta, when things crash on switch it sends to developers, i dont expect a perfect game rn, but am i not allowed to express the troubles im having? Lmao

the devs have been actively fixing so much, im about to call it quits for Hyper Scape but this game should only get better
