Soda is just a product pushed by our addiction to Sugar. I do understand it's purpose but it's pretty horrible for you like anything in that candy category.

I will say, an occasional specialty soda hits the spot.

Not just the moment or the "pairing".

But also just smaller soda brands with more nuanced flavor

Soda doesn't have to mean the regulars. There are a lot of really interesting sodas out there, that's the only time I really drink soda tho.
