The world needs more absurd movies like these that touch on serious topics but still can be hilarious and entertaining to watch.
I be thinking about rewatching it sometimes to see if my opinion would change, but idk if it was even worth the first watch tbh. Very disappointing.
I f***ed with this movie, first time I saw it and got to the horse part I was like but I do think the over the top vibe was intentional. It’s a comedy with layers on it
Classic scene
Plus Tessa Thompson was wifey in this movie

The half-hour series is a co-production between Amazon Studios and Media Res. It is described as an absurdist, coming of age story about a 13-foot-tall Black man (Jerome) who lives in Oakland, CA.
Movie had my interest then took a turn for the worst. Felt like a mess at the end with no real strong driving point. Very entertaining, eclectic and comedic though, had me laughing my ass off at some parts.
Man I just finished this..this s*** was unpredictable af
I’ve gotta gather my thoughts in regards to some of the absurdity.. Loved the overall commentary of it tho, and it was definitely an entertaining watch
