I would say expansion but it wouldn’t work like the dlc we have now. I think it’ll be it’s own thing but still not Spider-Man 2

probably an uncharted: lost legacy type deal, I guess it's still possible they couldve done a sequel in two years

it'll be a standalone game for the ps5, might not be a full-length sequel though

I doubt it. They probably want to add more boroughs, refine the swinging system and other ambitious things. It will probably take some time.

Besides, giving Miles his own story before the sequel will make for a tighter script. They won’t have to cram Miles’ character development and everything going on with Pete into one game.

We’ll already be attached to both characters equally. And if many predictions are true, Miles vs Symbiote Pete will feel much heavier
