So I just moved into a new place,now paying half the rent I was paying before

but one of my house mates NEVER leaves his room. And I mean in this in the most literal sense,the man doesnt come out at all.

I've been living here for like 2 weeks now,my room is right across his and I think I've seen him twice. Everybody else has just normalized it because they've made attempts to speak to him and he's not been receptive. I'm curious as to whether I should talk to him or will it be pointless?

Maybe he's just real introverted. Let him be him don't force anything on him.

i would wait for him to come out and if you pass him introduce yourself and try making small talk if he isn't for that then just leave him be.
