Blew me away when it came out. I don't think a game ever got me that hooked and immersed in it. The attention to detail is crazy, the storylines are complex and there is so much to do. Extremely diverse gameplay. You could play in any playstyle you want with any combination of weapons/armors/spells. Wow. 10/10 game in every way. Sadly a bit outdated nowadays. Where TF is TES6.
the only game that could compare tbh is GTA V You could also make a case for Oblivion but that's also a bit too outdated to enjoy properly if you don't have the nostalgia factor.
Nah I gotta cop it and play it again lol , should I go PC or PS4 tho

Always pc. The mods still to this day keep the game fresh
Top 10 for me, amazing game
The sense of exploration and the wonder you feel exploring the world is damn near unmatched for an open world game
Only thing that's come close for me is Breath of the Wild
I started playing this again a couple days ago still as fun as I remember it. Its buggy as all hell but s***, thats part of the charm, especially the goofy ass NPC conversations
I just finished it a couple of weeks ago and it's def top 10 for me still gotta play the dlc tho
It's top tier on the 1st playthrough
Falls off the map afterwards tho. Just can't put that type of energy and immersion into a 2nd character.
Like 2yrs ago I installed close to 50 mods which took hours. Loaded it up, made my char, roamed around for 20min and uninstalled
Yep, matter of fact, playing right the f*** now on my Switch, portable gang stand up. Finishing up Solstheim then heading back over to the mainland to nip Ulfric’s rebellion in the bud
If this stupid mf won against the empire, both stormcloaks & imperials would be left weaker after the civil war, and the Alderi dominion would come swooping in to take over Skyrim. (+ Ulfric was funded by the High elves)
Incredibly shallow game. I like the phrase wide as an ocean, deep as a puddle to describe it.
Literally kept floating by the modding community. Civil war, companions, college of winterhold, and main quest are all trash.
The DB and a few side quests plus the Dawnguard DLC are the only one worth playing.
Spells are limited and scale horribly to the point of being useless on higher levels (thanks modding community). Characters are not memorable at all except for the ones that spawned memes. Combat is average at best.
In hindsight Skyrim really wasn’t as amazing as I thought playing it in 2011

Played this years ago but I think I rushed through the story too quickly cause I was not really impressed.
