There's relatively obscure consoles that have decent libraries (Neo Geo CDz, PC Engine Duo Rx, Amiga CD32, etc.) but lacked that X factor that makes them special.
I'm going with the Sega Saturn. I love everything from the name to the console design to the quirky marketing and most of all, the arcade perfect ports of fighting games.
Wouldn’t call it underrated but dreamcast was way ahead of its time
Yep
Unreal Tournament online
PS3 too. Underrated to the 360, but had free online and lowkey a smoother interface.
The big drawback was not being able to talk in a party
It’s too early but I can see the switch lite being underrated
underrated? it's still selling like hot cakes and already called the greatest nintendo console by many. if anything, it's overrated

Really? I thought people preferred the OG switch more

Oops, I misread your post. I'm talking about the OG Switch. F*** the Switch lite lol

The minimalistic PS3 interface is still the greatest interface ever. PS4 is really similar but too cluttered.

What’s wrong with the lite besides not being able to hook it up to your tv? Serious question btw.
Dreamcast
N64 (relative to its era)
Gamecube (relative to its era)
PS Vita
If they had the 3rd party support of the better selling consoles they'd have performed better for sure.

its incompatibility with a few games due to its inability to play on tv. that's about it
the NEO GEO and vita
