Official Synopsis: Memory cards unearthed in a remote stretch of the Mojave Desert tell the story of four travelers who vanished during a sun-drenched camping trip. One night, everything changes when the foursome is sent on a mind-bending voyage of unrelenting terror into a world of darkness that no human was ever meant to see.
I've been seeing some buzz about this. Might be good.
Genuinely eerie trailer. Blair witch vibes have been recaptured
Found footage kino is back
2023 Horror is taking over. This and Skinamarink in the first two months is insane. Trailer looks great too, hardly any footage and lots of intrigue and mystery.
I just watched Paranormal Activity 1 the other day on Paramount+. It's not a classic, not as memorable as Blair Witch Project IMO (which I consider a classic), but it's solid. I might f*** around and watch the rest of that series. I think I only saw PA 1 through 3 but maybe stopped after that.
Anyway found footage is cool but it's always kinda awkward when the characters have to say "stop filming! why are you still filming!" at some point because it's kinda ridiculous to keep filming when all this s*** is going down lol.
but nowadays you can explain it away with GoPros or whatever to make it less awkward.
Now this is a dope ass trailer. It immediately sucks you in.
Haven’t seen a trailer this good since evil dead rise
