Noticed that the placement of threads in music section right now aren’t bumping the way they’re supposed

Even when non-OP posts it seems like some threads aren’t getting bumped up

Yeah iirc it used to be that someone other than OP needed to post in the thread in order for it to be bumped but now some threads aren’t getting bumped regardless of who posts in it

there was a bug where threads would get stuck for a little while. fix should be live soon.
