Not at all,like I said,they hold s*** over the execs so they can do what they want. Baby,Carti etc don’t really need to worry about their homies snitching/hurting their movement,it’s the labels their signed to working against them in darkness.

I think everything stems back from him being with Gucci Mane around that time and even though Thug was just on the come up in 2013,that’s how far the cops can trace him back. Then him gaining real traction in 2015 definitely didn’t help his cause. Ima be honest,it’s a good chance YSL did start off as street gang for a while until Thug tried to make into a music label.
But the cops/Feds stuck with the gang label and probably rightfully so,cause even though it was a business,Thug more then likely ran that business like a gang operation.

The whole point of a RICO is about finding evidence that they know will stick against the head honchos over yrs and using against them in a mass arrest all while trying to make lower level guys tell more so they can get a plea. Arresting these dudes in 14-15 wouldn’t have been good enough. They wanted YSL to rise to the top,just so they could destroy it.
