First 30 minutes sets her up as a desperate uncalculated killer, barley human, minus the accident. think about her final kill(s) before she meets the captain…& he would have been her easiest kill but she couldn’t do it. Mutual turmoil & his equal desperation in a different way bond them…before he (the captain) ever verbalizes “I don’t care who you are” he knows it’s not his son & the whole relationship is ambiguous, all this makes the final like 3 minutes insane ☠️ kinda feels like reincarnation..
