TV trackers are useless. Claiming they’re niche yet barely any content.
BTN isn’t useless lol.
Granted it’s holy grail just because it’s ratio less.

it isn't the only big ratioless TV tracker. not saying it's not the grail just that this isn't the reason.
sort of unrelated but my favorite tv tracker (but impossible to join now) is myspleen. lots of cool stuff to be found there.

Does BTN have 720p rips of Joey or Viceland-era Desus and Mero?
If they do I’ll say less.

Yoooooo.
Can I get an invite?
don't have invites and i hope you aren't implying you would buy one with that emoji
on OPS, MAM, UHD, AN, and BLU
Really love the community on OPS and the site in general. Got power user right when the time requirement was met
MAM is wildly nice and kind and they have generous bonus systems for anyone who reads books
UHD is cool
AN is cool but has lots of hostile users imo
haven't used BLU much yet really since I find everything I need on UHD for the most part but the layout is pretty for a PT
Renting a nice 6 terabyte seedbox with Plex and plexdrive

F***. No funny s*** either I've been literally buying the show cus there's nowhere with active seasons to stream
Are they opening signups soon or is there any other sites that might offer smilar content?

Nah, it is notoriously hard to get into and they are past the user cap. another ratioless tv tracker that you will probably find on the invite forums of trackers you're on is MoreThanTV. it's decent and easy to get into albeit pretty disorganized. they're migrating to a new site soon so hopefully that will improve things. I suppose you should wait for the new site before signing up. there's also Nebulance (not ratioless) but I'm not on it so I don't really know how things are there.

I don’t know what any of this means but I’m assuming before I even enter this game, I need a vpn?

There are two types of torrent sites: Private trackers and public trackers. Public trackers are open to anyone, meaning you do not need an account to find and download torrents. Think thepiratebay or kickasstorrents. Private trackers require you to have an account to use it and accounts are generally not that easy to get, especially if you are just starting out.
If you're using a public tracker then a VPN is a good idea but on private trackers it is unnecessary. It is also against the rules on some of them. Since your IP address isn't publicly visible on private trackers there is no chance you will be getting a notice from your ISP though.
The best way to get into private trackers is to take the interview to get into redacted (a music tracker). You have to learn a bit about how transcoding music files, torrents, and their general rules work then go onto their IRC channel and answer some questions about it. They have a site for studying up on this here: interviewfor.red but it seems to be suspended for some reason
Anyway, one reason that it is the best tracker for starting out is because it forces you to learn how private trackers work. It is a bit more difficult to maintain a good ratio and you are forced to contribute by uploading transcodes, filling requests or planning your downloads carefully to build up buffer. The bigger reason that it is great is that they have a pretty good invite forum where official recruiters from other private trackers post to offer invites. Every private tracker has these and this is the main method that you will be using to get around to different trackers. That is where the image I linked to comes in; it lists all the trackers on the left and shows the trackers that you can find official recruitment threads on to the right. It also shows you the requirements to be accepted (you might have to be a certain rank or to have uploaded a certain amount of torrents first).
i'm a little concerned about the red interview site being down even though it's probably nothing. what if it's what.cd part 2? people are having issues logging into the main site as well
i'd get into private trackers but it's too much effort for things that aren't super niche
i'm interested in myspleen however to see the archived TV recordings from over the years
also is there any trackers that has still-seeded old CAMs from the 2000s, i'm honestly interested in those

The only one I know of that has seeded old recordings is myspleen, though there's probably more that I'm not on. Unfortunately I think it's been impossible to get an invite there for some time now.

Yeh. If Radarr/Sonarr don't find anything that's the next spot I look
