GTA 6 is gonna be wild if the power of the SSD holds true. If the game doesn’t have to worry about loading the full area in every time you move, just imagine the possibilities for s*** we might finally get full neighborhoods/suburbs,different faces on every NPC,able to walk in most buildings etc.

The details are gonna be wild

witcher 3 & red dead redemption 2 out now

There was a report how the content in the game would be smaller than V at first and would only grow bigger over time

I don't think it really comes down to the power of the SSD. SSD's aren't new. I'm running an SSD much faster than any that would be in a new console and with GTA 5 it's not as fast as you seem to expect. Just gonna depend on how well optimized the game is.

Sony’s SSD is said to be custom made for PS5 and faster than any SSD on the market right now. It could be marketing but if it’s not,it’s gonna be the much needed boost open world games(and games in general)needed for a long time.

The specs for it are already out and it's no faster than other SSD's already on the market. But with that said it's specs are that of PCIE 4 SSDs which are the fastest on the market, so it's definitely going to be a very fast SSD. Just not faster than anything else.

I have a PCIE 4 SSD and trust me it's not as fast as it seems like you're expecting. But it will be wayyyy faster than what you're used to.

I just want them to update the gameplay and combat. S*** is too stiff and static.

ssds arent new but games designed for them are

every game youre playing including pc exclusives are designed for the absolute minimum which is a slow as s*** hard drive consoles set the standard for game development and ssds are a part of that now its definitley gonna be a big deal
