Capitalists can find cheaper labor with less restrictions abroad. This entails no max amount of hours worked, no overtime, no age limit and no unions. All that leads to less headaches and more profit.

This always come at extreme exploitation of the worker, and of the country it is taking place in! Marxist scholars call this new form of exploitation Neo-colonialism and it is happening all across the world, perpetuating by former colonial powers.
