I've started smiling a lot, never really did that much. For various personal reasons, I avoided smiling (or really just showing emotion) and tried to keep a face most of the time. I've noticed that smiling makes people way more comfortable in conversations and they put their guard down more easily. Smile more yall .
Not as scared of change anymore, I used to decline opportunities to things I was interested in with a million excuses. In reality I was affraid of the shame of failure and the commitment that success needs. A lot of us fear of acting on our aspirations because we want to avoid failure and ridicule, so we don't apply ourselves to the fullest because we're nervous about being teased for being passionate, scared of finding out we're not as good as we thought, scared of being laughed at for our stumbles along the way. My advice, take those special chances because they may never come again. You won't get Infinite sport team try-outs in high school. You won't get many chances to ask out that person you like. You won't get the whole semester to catch up on a course you're failing. You can't procrastinate everything, or everything will be a regret. Don't be scared to try!
On a lighter note, cutting my hair short instead of letting it grow, going for the Denzel .
Still learning a lot of things but I'm glad I feel better than a few years ago. What about yall?
Improved my appearance a ton. Lost 60 pounds, started dressing better, a lot more outgoing and not caring about others' thoughts
Too bad that's led nowhere though. It's just something i like
Negative minded people crack me up man. Just stop thinking negatively its literally that easy. Just smile and you will actually smile every time thats how it works, you are programmed to feel good when you smile

Fellas posting memes about how depressed they are and wanna kill them selves all day. I became happier when I cut the stupid memes out of my life
building a small business that i always wanted to put a hand in
improving my s***ty attitude (but i didn't intentionally try to change that)
Got rid of my negative attitude (most of it) and started loving myself by putting myself first
my commitment to my goals. used to be hella indecisive about s*** and it cost me a lot of potentially good experiences. no more second guessing and no more hesitation :)
Emotional maturity
Multiple skills (guitar, drawing, magic)
Financial game plan
hair growth
communication - overall great partner now tbh

hey bro just think better thoughts haha
that trauma you went through in your childhood you're reminded of every single day? Just tune it out. You'll be good
I’ve gotten worse
I got worse overall too but there's no way you didn't improve in at least one aspect in your life

Yeah better to think about it as much as possible
I'm mature & self reliant so that, by far
Yeah better to think about it as much as possible
good job jumping to extremes there
Theres nothing you cant get thru or else you wouldnt be here today
you see how fast you switched up from arguing with a suicidal person to now trying to fake motivate someone who expressed their trauma
thats that fake positivity. Nothing I hate more than lies and fakeness. You haven't gotten over s***
