    Funny thing is I'm not actually bipolar it was just a diagnosis that completely overlooked the underlying issue. Which is y I say don't eat up whatever bs ur doctor tells u ur symptoms are not deterministic of ur actual biological malfunction

    Ok I am bipolar but theres other s*** going on too

    Hey man I used to be on this wave, every single one

    Most of those are not worth it because they end up throwing your system off balance + theyre like crutches + they cost money

    The only ones that are really worth it imo are vitamin D and DHA (not talking about DHEA), which you can just get from sunshine and fish respectively if youre doing it right
