    I smoke herbal cigarettes using homemade blends of Damiana, Blue Lotus, Lavender, Chamomile, Catnip, Valerian, Lemon Balm, etc. (highly recommend to the smokers here, look into legal herbs to either smoke by themselves or blend with weed, its goat.)

    Weed

    Shrooms (on occasion)

    CBD when i'm with my boy who has it, (I like my cigs too much to get into that myself)

    Kava tea

    Everything for relaxation/sedation, the weed and shrooms for self therapy and introspection.

    Meditation (felt like a d*** when I started feeling the positive effects. beautiful)

    There's a place in my country that sells 0.3g grinded up shroom capsules. I don't take them regularly on a schedule but its recommended to take a microdose, skip two days, take a microdose
