I take water, healthy diet and mindset
depression is a social construct
laziness is not tho
Tried every antidepressant over the counter for over 10 years,
I decided to finally go off them a year ago, so right now I just meditate, drink water and get myself out there
Lexapro helped me the most in the past, but all antidepressants have so many side effects I stopped taking then

I honestly dont feel any different taking this. It doesn't help at all. It does f*** with my memory though and thats why I kinda want off of it but I know my doc wont allow me without putting another medication on me. I've been on it for about 5/6 months now im at 80mg

that medication is definitely not meant to be taken for more than a year. that s*** will carpet bomb your brain. i think i got up to 60mg before i realized the prescriber was a s***head and bailed.

Antipsychotics are not long term medications, but unfortunately people with psychotic issues have to take them daily. They are super harsh and have a ton of side effects for most people.
What antipsychotic was he on?
And some of them are actually really effective. I was on a small dose of Abilify, and it actually helped quite a bit. I've also taken Seroquel, and besides the over tiredness it was great for my depression

my brother was briefly on geodon when he was illegally detained in an asylum.
it f***ed him up for months. he tried to crash my car when i was driving it.
anyway, that's the rub. these are not longterm medications. yet most prescribers don't give a f*** and leave people on these things longterm til they get dementia and wind up in a nursing home.
