Give me some at home exercises I can do to build upper body muscle (chest & arms). All I have are 25lb dumbbells.

hmmm, you could start with bodyweight rows (using a broom on two chairs), pull-ups if you have a strong door frame, decline pushups. I would recommend saving milk gallons and filling them with water, then you can use them as dumbbells and do exercises like lateral raises and floor presses. For legs I would recommend holding something heavy and doing goblet squats
