You can’t just buy any pillow tho op. Make sure you get the one meant for your body weight/type. My friend got a really large pillow that was meant for ppl way bigger than him and now he’s paralyzed from the neck down. Dude just woke up one day and couldn’t move and it was because of the pillow.
