Only as a kid growing up poor and up until around 22 years old, then I figured s*** out and life has been a blast ever since and that’s coming from a huge Drake fan
Mid 2018 - Late 2019
S*** was in the DUMPS fr, felt like a bum and failure and didn't know how to get past it at the time
Damn man. End of 2020 got pretty rough for me for about two months. I was able to pull through it but I was just beaten down mentally and had long term anxiety that was starting to physically effect me
might just be rn
Hard to say exactly because the start and end dates are not exact, but it was at least 40 months. There’s a strong case to be made that it continued for 14 and even up to 25 months longer but that period was more up and down. You could perhaps argue for 10 more months added to the beginning. Even the main 40 month period had a period of roughly 6 months where things were on a steady incline, but then COVID happened so it became an intermission rather than a breakthrough. The last possible end date was roughly 14 months ago.
maybe like 5 years tbh
The entirety of my 20s
2006-2016
When I was like 8 I got depressed af and remained that way thru high-school and middle school
at the peak like 16mos but it dragged for like 5+ years of slow improvement
even now as things keep improving i keep looking back at 'the good times' like "dam was s*** rly that bad still??"
covid's 2 years
im an at risk person - it stopped my irl work, distanced/strained/destroyed irl relationships, stopped all my planned doctor appointments that got pushed back years and i literally couldnt leave the house most days
it was terrible and the most ive ever been stopped by force that was totally outside my own control 100% of the way
