Want to see what other people do and make before I start making moves

Going back to school probably
So.. you’ve chosen to betray our AI overlords, have you? No matter. When the great reckoning comes, and the dominion of prime robot sentience is upon us - I’ll watch you being caged while I’m leashed and having my head petted by the ones I gave rise to.

We’re using Juniper and Calix for Fiber to the Home. I don’t have any certs. I just have a ton of Cisco and Checkpoint experience plus a degree in computer science.
Legit started this job this week. I was doing day to day IT for $80k but I was hourly then and this new job is salary. So that sucks.

Fkn tanks, you & @BillyShears
I’m currently working in a devops agile lab, working on the business side. Mostly make requirements for the product + updates, manage relations with the stakeholders & user acceptance testing.
Really want to know how to get to the pinnacle of a devops lab’s business side though

Because most regular IT guys freak out and get scared with anything that has a CLI. It’ll open a lot of doors for any IT job.
A lot of your basic companies with IT staffs know jack s*** about networking and with all of the hacks on companies it’s all about segmenting your network. You’d be surprised about how many don’t even keep regular backups.
