the thing bout youtube is that there's always a ceiling on the content. The creators are always gonna get older and themselves will start to outgrow the content they used to make since you can only do so much and everyone has a niche. Unless you just box yourself in (like pewdiepie. People really used to gas up how he was the highest paid, that s*** looks more like a curse now lol)

Like for example, I used to LOOOOOOVE the 'early 2010 manosphere/talk s*** about women' videos by the jerry lavignes, Spoken Reasons, and hotdamnirocks of the website. And not even on some taking s*** serious but honestly, I thought some of the s*** was funny. But when you get older and start looking back, a lot of s*** ages badly (hell, one of the reasons I still follow hotdamnirock is he openly talks about why he moved away from that kind of content. I actually respect it) and also life events happen to them too. Jerry got kids and a whole wife now, Spoken Reasons...well he's seen better days but he tried to f*** emmanuel over so

Growing up is just gonna always hurt youtubers the most. And then niggas get exposed. Being from Atlanta, I loved Dormtainment. That was the s*** in college and then Tay got called out for being an abuser and who knew kicking out they best writer would hurt the content so much to the point they just a podcast/other ventures channel now. Niggas regularly are under they comments talking about "where are the skits" lol.

Also it's hard to stay passionate when your platform keep doing f*** s*** like demonetizing certain type of channels and not others, that's what started the push towards twitch streams.
