It was a mix of peaceful protests and riots. The riots definitely don’t achieve anything and do more harm than good but that doesn’t change that Rittenhouse went to the protest in opposition to blm and went actively looking for trouble.

Maybe at first it was peaceful but he didn’t get involved until it started getting violent. His first interaction with them was when he put out a dumpster fire and all the rioters got pissed at him. That’s basically what started the whole thing with him.

Everyone has different values and what’s important to them. You aren’t a racist just because racial issues aren’t important to you.

There are millions of single-issue voters.... for example... say when it comes to voting the most important thing to me is abortion. Say I’m very anti-abortion (I’m not).... and nothing else matters to me or I feel so strongly about anti-abortion that I couldn’t vote for someone who supports abortion.... so I vote for Trump because Republicans are anti-abortion.... that does NOT make me a racist.
