Depends what you mean by influential. I’d say Bob only cause there were so many folk artists and indie artists back in the 60s and he was around all different types of subcultures.

Mj was huge but he was more iconic than influential. There’s not many artists you can say “listen to this gives me heavy mj vibes” and that’s not a bad thing.
