They had everything they needed to succeed. The Yeezy name, both on-court and off-court models, and a design that was actually good but unique at the same time. Now you can buy them for under retail and most people won’t recognize them.

I actually like them a lot but I don’t see any way to incorporate a shoe like that in my wardrobe

They look like such a good summer shoe. Like, wear some black gym shorts and a lighter colored t shirt, and you could rock these easy

My guess is white people arent as interested in basketball shoes as they are in other Yeezys, which limits their demand.

Plus, the confusion between the LIFESTYLE and the BASKETBALL versions don’t help it’s case.

    They look absolutely horrendous

  • May 20, 2021

if i played basketball I would wear these for that, but they dont look good with normal clothes

Didn’t they get banned by the NBA

  • May 20, 2021

It’s funny because they are my favorite Yeezy so far, before I got the Bariums the Geode 700v2s were my fav, the QNTM keep my foot very comfy I love the design and feel

Failed in terms of low aftermarket pricing?

  • May 20, 2021

Seen too many nice outfits with these on. Lowkey want a pair to hoop in too

  • May 20, 2021

Wouldn’t call anything Yeezy a failure

  • May 20, 2021

    They look boring tbh

  • May 20, 2021

    Fail like how? Resale value?

I’m actually surprised in the amount of people I’ve actually seen wearing it. A lot more than I thought would.

you could wear that exact fit except with like 1000 different shoes that look way better

  • May 20, 2021

Failed? First time I’m seeing it categorized like that

Basketball sneakers don’t even do all that anymore you can pick up most of what you desire at your local stores. They don’t look all that great of casual sneakers either unless you know you can pull it off. Pretty much your standard basketball shoe that people are buying to actually wear not to resell
