1 already bruh. People don't understand that this person has a disproportionate sway as a tastemaker as much as they may want to deny it. Which is tragic when they may or may not understand the culture. But we've been over this conversation a million times.

He loved Dawn FM and that didn’t do s*** for that album

I rarely get any new s*** from him anymore

RYM is usually a step ahead and he simply affirms what they're already saying

Maybe 4-5 albums a year I'll get from him before anyone else

But I'm glad he's there as a resource for others

I don’t get the hate for Fantano

He’s just a dude online sharing his opinion

I don’t understand why so many people on the internet (especially KTT) take his opinion as gospel

    He’s just a dude

Never understood why this dude that dont even GET the soul in hip hop fo real got popular. He like the Pitchfork of Youtube.

Anyway checked out his Scary Hours 3 review and even LESS impressed. Missed 85% of the bars, didn't appreciate the classic production but also don't seem to know s*** about whats going on in the industry.

The "White America" bars are about how the white music industry been trying to suppress hip hop's popularity. Mans acted like he ain't know whats going on.

Finally clicked off when he said he thought Drake signed a 360 deal. Man what??? How da f*** you get that wrong?? Mad I wasted time on that s***

also dont rate fantano, he is knowledgable but it's just an opinion not fact. the white america line, how have white america been supressing hip hop? the record labels are mostly owned by white people and hip hop dominates rn so they push it, that's why apple music and spotify is full of hip hop on front pages at all times. there is no conspiracy, it makes money, the white man is on top of it. they dont wanna supress they own pockets.

  • Jayson

Idk but niggas love him, Rolling Stone, and Pitchfork here

    S***s weird

White media. At best white-washed media. Still terrible.

  • I could say the same about Kendrick

i understand that bro and that is very true today still but have you personally experienced racism from most people you met in life in general? i know racism is still alive especially in USA but the reason for societal stuff is cos a lot of the 1% have agendas to keep themselves there

People don’t have to hate crime me to be racist, but yes I experience racism most days

Just the other day a white customer at my job called the nba “nigga ballet”

Another called my coworker a money

A coworker who was fired did a stereotypical impression of the black people he used to work with in Florida

This is just off the top of my head, most the time I compartmentalize it and forget it ever happened

  • I mean I’ve seen KTTers haphazardly rate s*** too

all of that is very believable bro i know you are telling the truth but would you say that is most people you interacted with? you just gonna assume badness on people who never showed that to you? that is the same disease brother hate without motive

Most people aren’t going around being visibly racist constantly, it’s not as socially acceptable anymore

I hate kid Cudi but most people can’t just guess that when they walk past me, but it’s a fact regardless
