Sometimes I wake up and my ass is sore for no reason

Back when I was like 6-7 years old, slept at my Aunt’s place for the night. Randomly woke up in middle of the night and heard this weird, humming or moaning sound coming from the bathroom area, s*** was too spooky and honestly it scared tf out of me. Can’t recall if this was sleep paralysis or not

I still remember this s*** to this day

When I was 4 I spoke to god

when I was like 8, I did the Bloody Mary thing in the bathroom. I didnt feel anything and came out of the bathroom and saw a scratch on my wrist

there was a murder suicide in the upstairs apartment when i was in 5th grade

Supposedly you have to be in a dim room staring in a mirror and it makes you hallucinate nothing to do with spirit, scratch is crazy though

one time me and my friend were at a graveyard and i flipped a water bottle upright onto a tombstone

that was years ago and i haven't been haunted yet but i know that ghost is coming for my ass eventually

also lived near skinwalker ranch in hs, had a friend take a selfie out there and idk man it looked like there was someone right behind her but it didn't look like a someone still think about that picture sometimes

i used to have nightmares that my girl would kill me. like 2-3 times a week. then in like a 2 week period, she almost ran me over with her car twice
