Nah. Conditioner cleans very well without stripping your hair and scalp of it's natural oils.

I was on that no shampooing wave for most of the lockdown but I gave up on it cause it was really hit and miss for my hair, now I’m just shampooing once or twice a week and conditionig every day. I guess its different for everyone
