been tryna cut down like 10 LB and I added doing stairmaster/incline treadmill everyday burning about 4-500 calories in 40 min on top of already consistently lifting for years, can't seem to even burn off a pound of fat per week which is the goal, is the treadmill f***ing lying to me about how many calories i'm burning? I'm 185 rn and can't seem to get off a single LB. Any help would be greatly appreciated ! I also started fasting too, never really ate breakfast anyway besides a banana or a yogurt. and then prob eat 2 meals the rest of the day, diet is pretty s*** rn tho cannot lie

if I barely eat how would that help me lose weight? I’m saying my diet isn’t great when I do eat but I don’t eat that much to begin with
if all u eat is s***, do i rly gotta say more? s*** food almost always mad calorie dense so even if u only think u eatin a lil bit if you not losing weight you still eatin too much its simple as that unless you got like fckn thyroid problems
