All he did was change the reference beat switch to an actual beat switch with the same tone and pace, then instead of him rapping over it he added nudy and added other small beat changes

Only part that changed is the outro tbh everything else is basically the same

It’s shorter bc why go to the party became a full track instead of just an intro, and then the human sacrifice part of the song got scrapped a while ago

ima be real this might be a hot take and i like nudy … like a lot actually but i feel like the feature takes away from the song a lil, it’s missing the dichotomy of sad subject matter over that beat that made the og genius

I agree. I wasn’t feeling the new version. First, some of the parts of the old one like

“Coulda been broke this the life I CHOSE,
They was in school i was stirring that POT” missing the flavor and inflection of the OG.
Delivery ain’t the same which throws me off.
Then there’s the end, I gotta listen to dude talking bout getting his d*** deepthroated. I really ain’t feeling this new version. Old version I didn’t mind listening to with my daughter in the car, but I guess I can just skip that part everytime.
