Ohio AG is trying to say the 10yr girl should have fit the "medical emergency" exception in Ohio and didn't need to leave the state to get the abortion. Even tho the 2019 Heartbeat Law made no exceptions in the law. So the AG doesn't even comprehend the laws they have put in the place.
